Our vehicle rating describes the quality of the vehicle, depending on the severity of dents, rust, cracks, scratches.
Carro's in-house vehicle evaluation system uses the following grades to indicate the condition of a vehicle depending on the severity of dents, rust, cracks and scratches.
| Grade | Description |
|---|---|
| 5 | Excellent condition, exceptionally low mileage less than 50,000km, may have very minor scratches or dents. |
| 4.5 | Minute scratches and dents. Very good condition, mileage less than 100,000km. |
| 4 | Good overall condition, slight visible flaws, mileage less than 150,000km. |
| 3.5 | Good condition, with visible flaws. No major accident. |
| 3 | Average condition. Exterior has scratches, dents and repair marks. No major accident. |
| 1 - 2 | Vehicle is functional but in poor condition. No accident damage. No visible sign of rust or corrosion. |
| R | This means the car has gone through major modifications or have a repair history. |
Interior Rating
These rating describes the condition and state of car interiors and what you can expect.
Carro's in-house vehicle rating system uses the following ratings to rate a vehicle's interior depending on its condition:
| Grade | Description |
|---|---|
| A | Near perfect interior condition. No visible marks, dents or scratches. |
| B | Very good condition, interior is neat, tidy with some minute stains, scratches and dents. |
| C | Noticeable marks such as cigarette holes and food stains. |
| D | Visible damage, including cigarette marks, stains, smells and tears. |
| E | Poor interior condition with very visible damage and more. |
